Como curador ha tenido a su cargo la mayoría de las más importantes exposiciones realizadas en Colombia o relacionadas con el arte colombiano durante los últimos cuarenta ańos, y como historiador le ha proporcionado el contexto pertinente a la plástica de diferentes épocas desentrańando sus propósitos, concatenando su desarrollo y colaborando de manera por demás invaluable en la definición de una identidad plástica al país.
